The Way We're Made

Spiritual Awakening is the new buzz term that seems to be trending, now. Very appropriate wording for what it represents conceptually yet, illusive and clearly not specific. The next phase of the operation would obviously be Spiritual Living. For those who are still sleeping, spiritual consciousness is an experience yet to be enjoyed. As is the case with actual sleeping and awakening, we go through cycles of doing both. We have all experienced times of very clear cognition and periods of difficulty understanding. It fluctuates for all of us. Some have higher peaks and valleys. These are the one's of higher Spiritual cognition and then there are the others. Point being that it is not a switch that is either on or off but, constantly changing for each of us. This song explores the conflict that rages between what we know, what we feel, and what we think (or believe). Spiritual cognition (wakefulness) happens when these 3 harmonize within. Fear - Change - Love. It is a personal journey of discovery. God made it to work the way it does. God made us "The Way We're Made". It's time to wake up.
