Here we go the scariest place in this game for me the Toluca Prison ugh all those narrow, creepy halls also James meets Eddie again down there who is starting to lose his sanity even more. Also, I do wonder the guy down there the dead guy was he ever even alive to begin with, or was he manifested by Silent Hill or something? But he has bullet holes in him, which implies Eddie did kill him. So I don`t know, also the prison fun fact it isn`t really there it is all conjured up by James`s mind, so yeah there never truly was a prison and this whole place is basically an illusion.
