A Sit-down with a Former Teacher, Mr. Chuck Newell

It was an honor to reconnect and converse about English with one of my many former professors, Mr. Chuck Newell. To me, the word, "language", a very general term that encompasses a broad range of mediums for communication. Why reduce such a thing only to conversations about foreign languages? Join us, as we have a fascinatingly creative and intriguing talk about English with another Baylor teacher (formerly a teacher at my old high school, Notre Dame).

1. Why does it seem to so many that Americans are quite often. as a rule, not as inclined to learn (other) languages?

2. How will Artificial Intelligence influence the way languages are currently taught, whether formally or not?
