What I've Learned From Testing My Poop

Today I scooped my poop and sent it to a lab.
It was suppose to be a joke, but the results changed my life.

The story starts when a friend gave me a blue cookie. It turns your poop blue so you know when the food you ate that day, has completed its journey. With that knowledge you can run tests on your poop and see how healthy your guts and diet are.

Sounded like a joke to me too, so I did some research.
Scientists think a healthy gut supports digestion, immunity, and even brain function. Turns out you have a gut-brain connection affecting stress, anxiety, and even depression.

I've felt all that lately, so it will be interesting if the results line up.
6 weeks after sending my poop in the mail I got my results. So turns out my diet sucks. I have way too much "bad" bacteria, and not enough "good" bacteria. Despite all that I do, I am not healthy.
