Insane Engineering of the Space Jumper Suit

Remember the guy that jumped from space? His suit is an insane piece of engineering no one talked about.

Think about it. This suit had to withstand breaking the sound barrier, and re-entry to Earth. Some spacecraft don't even survive that. But you know what was more dangerous than that?

A condition called Ebullism.

So at extreme altitudes, the liquid in Felix, could literally turn to gas, expand, and boom. Even if it's actually cold up there, the atmospheric pressure is too low. So now you might think that the "obvious" way to prevent this, is to pressurise the suit.

But in space that would turn Felix's suit into an overinflated balloon.
The inside forces are stronger than the outside forces.
