Teacher's Bank Account Emptied by Irish Courts in Gender Identity Stand-Off

The Irish Courts have seized €40,617.69 from teacher Enoch Burke’s bank account, leaving it with a €0.00 balance.
Burke refused to comply with a school directive to use a student’s preferred name and “they” pronoun, sparking a prolonged legal battle.
The Attorney General has also been authorized to pursue any remaining assets Burke holds.
Despite the seizures, the directive that triggered the case has not yet been tested in court for constitutionality or lawfulness.
