A24 Rat Trap: Is it Safe for Birds?

We use an A24 Rat Trap to control rats in our yard that eat our vegetables and citrus fruit.

But is it safe for birds?

In this video I identified the following birds:
Sparrow
Robin
Junco
Thrush
Wren
Warbler
Dove
Towhee
California Quail

As long as you don't use bird seed it should be safe. We use Peanut Butter and our wild birds don't seem to be interested in that.
