Dr Roger Gewolb along with his wife, Socio-linguistics researcher Dr Sheila Gewolb have created a brand new Facebook group for people over 50 and feel like they are or have been being pushed out of the workforce despite their expertise and number of years of service.

It’s also where people who feel isolated and voiceless can communicate with each other about their experiences and speak up on matters with them.
