Trump tells NBC he is 'pissed off' at Putin over stalled peace talks
President Trump said he was “very angry” and “pissed off” after Russian President Vladimir Putin — as he threatened harsh tariffs on Moscow’s oil over the stalled peace talks. The American president appeared to be fed up with Putin over the lull in the cease-fire talks after Moscow announced additional conditions before it complies with a US-backed deal to limit attacks in the Black Sea and away from energy facilities.

“If Russia and I are unable to make a deal on stopping the bloodshed in Ukraine, and if I think it was Russia’s fault — which it might not be — but if I think it was Russia’s fault, I am going to put secondary tariffs on oil, on all oil coming out of Russia,” Trump told NBC News on Sunday.
