Tune into the “Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Origin Shorts", a precursor to the animated series! The origin shorts establish the ragtag band of disparate misfits introduced in the 2014 blockbuster live-action film "Guardians of the Galaxy." The epic space adventures follow Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Gamora and Drax the Destroyer as they dedicate themselves to protecting the universe.

The voice cast includes: Will Friedle (“Boy Meets World”) as the brash adventurer Peter Quill/Star-Lord, Trevor Devall (“Johnny Test”) as fan-favorite Rocket Raccoon, Vanessa Marshall (“Star Wars Rebels”) as the enigmatic, expert fighter Gamora, David Sobolov (“Transformers: Prime”) as the rough-edged warrior Drax the Destroyer, Kevin Michael Richardson (“The Cleveland Show”) as tree-like humanoid Groot, James Arnold Taylor (“Star Wars: The Clone Wars”) as leader of the space pirates Yondu, Jonathan Adams ("Justice League Action") as Ronan the Accuser, Cree Summer ("Voltron") as the evil sister Nebula and Dave Fennoy ("Transformers: Robots in Disguise ") as the brutish Korath.

“Guardians of the Galaxy” is produced by Marvel Animation.
