My testimony for RI House bill 5856, 3-18-2025

On March 18, RI House bill 5856 was introduced. This bill would allow personal exemptions to any future covid "mandates".
There is no chance of this bill passing through the RI Legislature.
Nonetheless, there were a few of us who showed up in support of this bill.
