Dr.Jane Ruby coffee talk discusses the many states that now have Bills to ban chemtrails. I think half the country now has such Bills, Florida is close to being a Law. TN is the only law , but it's not being enforced as there are no teeth to the law.
She blasts the lawmakers for not enforcing the law in TN and for not passing the Bills to be laws.

We need to have a Federal Law and aggressive enforcement to Stop all weather modification . Period.
