How to Properly Towel/Restrain Your Parrot

I recorded this in slow motion in order to rewatch it and so that in the future I can correct any mistakes that were made.
I also recorded it so that others can learn how to properly towel their parrot.
It is always a good idea to learn this in case of an emergency and if you don't have a groomer.
As many of you already know, I will be learning how to do Sunny's grooming at home. This way he doesn't have to ride in the car because he gets car sick. He has gotten better about car rides but adding a beak trim is too stressful for him.
