His resignation letter cited "misinformation and lies" of Robert F Kennedy Jr, the new HHS Secretary. An HHS official responded "“If Peter Marks does not want to get behind restoring science to its golden standard and promoting radical transparency, then he has no place at FDA."

His resignation letter is full of fantastical ideologies around having "ended" the mpox "epidemic" and the "threat" of a bird flu epidemic which many similarly powerful authorities with talents similar to Nostradamus, are claiming is just around the corner.

Marks knew that vaccine injuries were occurring and chose to ignore them, with the effect of many innocent civilians having no clue of the dangers.
