Judge Boasberg does not understand whether the Aliens Enemies Act applies to those being deported is not up to him. He has no say in the matter. Congress did not authorize him or any other judge or Justice to make that decision. SCOTUS is authorized, and has the responsibility and duty to inform Boasberg and all other inferior judges that they can have no say in the matter. If SCOTUS fails to advise the judges, Congress should require their presence to testify to their procrastination. A coup on the people's government by a corrupt judicial system under Marxist and CCP control with complete failure of responsible action from SCOTUS. Congress needs to have Justice Roberts give testimony before the Judicial committee and immediately consider impeachment of Roberts for allowing this judicial hijacking of the government.
