Who is Lawford?

We're cooking the Lawford's vanilla cream pancake syrup today. And Wayne explains why we call it Lawford's and not Pioneer Valley.
Lawford James Summers was in immigrant from Wales in the late 1800's. He went to Eastern Idaho and became a farmer.
We branded our cream pancake syrups in remembrance of him.
