Man Accused Of Damaging A Tesla Makes 'Genius' Move That Comes Back To Bite Him

Posted • March 28, 2025: People who attack and damage Teslas are not making very smart moves. First, it's just dumb to attack or damage Teslas because they're breaking the law. Second, it's based on a twisted, false premise about Elon Musk being a Nazi and/or harming the country with DOGE. Third, if people do attack the Teslas and they get caught, they're opening themselves up for some serious charges. Not just state charges, but potential federal charges as well. And finally, they're likely to get caught because the Teslas have cameras from every angle and everything is being recorded for all to see. But the people engaged in these actions don't seem to understand that. Apparently, a man in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, wasn't thinking about any of those things when he allegedly went after a Tesla in the parking lot of a Planet Fitness this week, according to police.

🚨 A man has been arrested after scratching a swastika into a Tesla in Bucks County, PA. The man was identified after vandalizing the vehicle in a gym parking lot, then swiping his gym badge. What a genius. He faces criminal mischief and harassment among other charges. —— “A man was captured on the car's cameras parking next to the Tesla, getting out of their silver-colored Lexus and ducking behind the vehicle before scratching what looked like a swastika into the Tesla just before 9:30 a.m., officials said.” —— That was bad enough. But then came the truly genius move. —— “The man then walked into the Planet Fitness and scanned his membership card with the staff at the front desk and goes to work out, police explained. […] Officials were able to identify the suspect by his gym membership card and his Pennsylvania Driver's License photo.” —— Gotta love it when these characters basically are just saying to the police, "Come catch me!" with this kind of action. Not a bright move.

The police were happy to oblige. Now, the man is charged with criminal mischief, harassment, and other related charges. And now, the suspect is going to have some time to consider the wisdom of what he allegedly did. Democrats should be calling out this kind of behavior as wrong, but by and large, they have not been. As we reported, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) ducked the question, saying she was late to where she was going. In the time it took to say that, she could have said, "Yes, it's wrong." Rep. Dan Goldman (D-NY) bizarrely even attacked the task force formed to investigate the Tesla attacks as politically weaponizing the DOJ, saying it was "to use our law enforcement to 'crack down' on adversaries of Musk’s." Um, no, this is going after criminals that they are supposed to be going after. But this is where Democrats are now. Stunning and brave, they are not.
