On DEI pilots and another "incident"

Delta airlines is not doing well in spit of its push for diverse pilots and equity quotas. There seems to have been a series of incidents with female pilots. Recently there was the crash at Toronto airport, and now another Delta flight where the wing tip struck the runway - and the pilot did not notice.
