Pork Cordon Bleu

Similar to Veal Cordon Bleu without the veal and ham. How nice pork loin with kielbasa works together to give a hearty meal.

8 thin slices of pork from loin same thickness if you bought a veal cutlet, Any kind of Kielbasa thinly sliced or ham, little salt and pepper, 1/4 c. light olive oil, 1 c. panco and 1 c. regular bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 3/4 c. flour, 3 T. butter with 1 tsp. dry oregano leaves.
