One of the most important responsibilities of the President of the United States is ensuring the safety of the country. Given the many dangers and threats in the world, this is a significant duty. As President Trump seeks to address this responsibility by removing immigrants his administration deems dangerous, he faces strong opposition from Democrats. They argue that the Trump administration has not provided these immigrants with due process. Lawsuits have been filed on behalf of these immigrants, and so far, the courts have sided with them.
