Teacher Enoch Burke was “legally” deprived of his assets.

Teacher Enoch Burke refused to endorse transgenderism in his school. The Irish Courts have now seized his entire bank account.
The Courts have also directed that the Irish Attorney General Rossa Fanning may apply to seize any other assets owned by Enoch Burke.
The root cause of this case was the principal's direction to all staff to address a male student by a new name and the "they" pronoun. This demand had no legal authority and has never been assessed by any Court for its constitutionality or lawfulness.
