Bio:
Avery Robertson is a hard money lender and commercial real estate investor based in East Idaho, where he lives with his wife of over 10 years and their three young boys. His professional journey began on horseback—as a cowboy—and evolved into a career rooted in finance and real estate.

Avery earned a degree in agribusiness with a minor in beef production from BYU-Idaho. After graduation, he and his wife moved to Florida, where he worked for the largest cow-calf operation in the country. He later returned to Idaho to join Idaho AgCredit, where he originated and underwrote farm and ranch loans.

A lifelong student of business and investing, Avery immersed himself in the teachings of Dave Ramsey, Robert Kiyosaki, and the BiggerPockets community. Despite years of analysis paralysis, he eventually found his niche in hard money lending and commercial real estate. Today, he owns and operates a hard money lending company in Idaho and has originated nearly $15 million in loans. His personal portfolio includes a commercial real estate syndication, a mobile home park, and an RV park.

Avery’s driving motivation is to create financial freedom that allows him to spend more quality time with his wife and children while building a legacy of security and opportunity for his family.
