Unlocking Truth: Why Saying 'Sorry' Can Change Your Life
The video explores the narrator's journey through guilt, self-reflection, and the desire to heal and help others.
[28:31-29:39]
The narrator confronts feelings of guilt and acknowledges the need for honesty and apologies.
I'm going to start like this. I think guilt is a lie. I think that's a manufactured thing. An emotional response to get people feeling manipulated and controlled by other people. particularly but at the same time when we have our own thoughts of guilt without conditions that are brought on by other people or maybe it's by conditions that's happened or circumstances that happened um with uh with or with not other people um I think it's important to be able to address certain things and to be honest with yourself about things. So I'm going to do that and I'm going to be real. I have a lot of people I need to say sorry to or I don't even like saying sorry.
[29:39-30:41]
The narrator reflects on how past experiences shape one's life and the importance of addressing these influences.
I need to apologize from the bottom of my heart. I feel like I'm a very good person. I don't try to do any wrong to anybody. I love everybody. But that doesn't always go as far as you would like it to go. And I know through my past experiences, my upbringing, and I've actually really come to be aware that the first 12 years, even less than that, really influence and shape your life. Until you address that. And for me, I've been not addressing that and I have been dealing with the consequences. in. so I've also alienated myself from people that are important to me, that I care and that I love, and I haven't been around spending time with people throughout my ages.
[34:13-34:52]
The narrator emphasizes the significance of personal truth and understanding one's own life experiences.
I was like I got fucked over, not asking any questions. And now, when I realize how terrible the truth situation was in my family situation, about my life experience, I had to really develop the knowledge on my own And going through like my teens, late teens, twenties into where I am now being 34. The knowledge about truth is so important to everybody individually because we all have a truth that we go through and understand through our experience.
[40:24-40:54]
The narrator expresses a desire to help others and spread unconditional love while rejecting profit-driven motives.
I don't know man, like if i could like just help anybody and everybody i would because like that's the type of energy that i represent i just want to be a helper and healer and just love the planet and love everybody unconditionally without fucking no bullshit that's just about profiting and damaging control anyway i'm just i'm getting really into this like because i okay anyway The point is, because I was really fired up. That was like the lovey-dovey part of this.
