Background:
The Fall of the World (200 Years Ago)
The world was overrun by monstrous forces, demons, or some unknown evil 200 years ago. Civilization collapsed, and as far as anyone knows all other cities and nations fell.
Vesten is the last known bastion of humanity. If there are other survivors out there, no one in Vesten has made contact with them in generations.
The ruins of the old world remain beyond the walls, but they are dangerous and unexplored.

Vesten’s Isolation & Last Stand (25 Years Ago)
For generations, people survived within the city walls by farming the surrounding land. However, 25 years ago, a massive surge of monsters forced the people back inside.
Since then, no one has left the city walls and returned. The farmland outside has been abandoned, and the town relies on dwindling food stores, rooftop gardens, and scavenging.
The walls are the only thing keeping Vesten alive. Without them, the town would have fallen long ago.
I will be playing a Vesten Survivor about to step outside the Wall.
