The Jack Pine Trail is a beautiful spot located in the Stony Swamp sector of Ottawa's Greenbelt. It's a great place for nature lovers, offering three looped trails of varying lengths: 0.7 km, 1.7 km, and 2.3 km. The trail features boardwalks over beaver ponds, where you can observe ducks, frogs, and other wildlife1.

Parking is available year-round at P9 on Moodie Drive, and there are picnic areas and outhouses nearby. However, dogs are not allowed on this trail as it's a conservation area2.

It's a perfect spot for a peaceful hike or birdwatching. Have you been there before, or are you planning a visit?
