Join us for a LIVE #Deprogrammed with Keri Smith on Friday, March 28th at 3pm CST for a look into the brewing battle over sexually-inappropriate books that a rogue high school librarian is refusing to remove from shelves.

Georgetown High School policy, in accordance with Texas state law, has identified a list of books containing graphic depictions of sex, rape, and violence to be removed from the public children's library - which serves grades 9-12. Librarian Susan Cooper has refused to remove the books and is now doing a PR campaign calling this "book banning."

But is restricting age-inappropriate materials from a government school for children "banning?" Haven't we always restricted age-inappropriate books and websites from school libraries and computers? Join us at 3pm CST for a look at this brewing battle over parental rights in the heart of Georgetown, TX.
