Wise County Cops FAIL: No Clue About Terry v. Ohio! -FIRST AMENDMENT AUDIT FAIL!

Wise county Sheriff detained me & ‪@CarolinainFortWorth‬ unlawfully & then dispelled everything up front on his own by asking us about the First Amendment before talking to the Complainant. After going in, talking to bank employees, he then came outside on his phone & declared we were still detained without any Reasonable Articulable Suspicion without professionalism and lost his cool trying to COPSPLAIN to me what he didnt know about Terry V OHIO before we dismissed him. Please call Wise County Sheriffs Office & let them know what you thought of their deputies & the lack of knowledge they have & how you can easily be unlawfully detained by Sheriff Carey Mellema's deputies who clearly do not know what level you need to detain people on a call for service.
