GA GOP Turmoil: Divisions, AI Laws, and Calls to DOGE the Party

This segment highlights deep divisions within the Georgia GOP, with Josh McKoon as chair claiming unity amid factions like the GRA, Freedom Caucus, and Election Integrity groups. Debbie Dooley staunchly defends McKoon, notably after an AI-generated video incident targeting Sophia Farooq’s campaign. Initially against AI restrictions, Dooley now backs SB9—passed 152-12 to curb deceptive AI in campaigns—potentially to charge Farooq, who faced attacks after a fake Trump endorsement video. Freedom Caucus members Mallory Staples and Charlise Byrd, plus BKP, oppose SB9, unlike Dooley. McKoon touts 2024 wins, including Trump’s election, but is criticized for not fully supporting Trump’s agenda, like election security statements. Calls to "DOGE" the GA GOP Inc. intensify, with demands for an audit. A ballot discrepancy involving Lisa Pierce’s exclusion adds to the unrest.

There has to be something that Debbie would not stop of who she is going against or separate relationships. We have the GRA, establishment, Freedom Caucus, Election Integrity side of GA, the grifters/storm chancers. Now Josh McKoon of the GA GOP Inc is the great unifier but the republican party is very divided. Debbie Dooley has been very vocal that she is doing all she can to defend Josh McKoon.
The day that Sophia Farooq announced her campaign, someone introduced a video that was AI generated. Debbie and Salleigh are pictured celebrating over the defeat of a very good candidate, Sophia Farooq. The attacks came after the AI generated video of Donald Trump saying something very nice about Sophia Farooq. If Debbie and Salleigh had their way they would put Sophia in jail.
Did someone send some encouragement to Debbie in her latest post? Last year she opposed legislation putting restrictions on AI involving campaigns, now she supports it in SB9 after playing the Farooq video. Now if this law was in place Debbie could bring charges against Sophia. There are penalties and possible jail time involved in the charges.
Now Mallory Staples in the Freedom Caucus is saying NO on SB9. Charlise Byrd opposes. BKP is a no on this bill. Debbie Dooley is a yes. GA house advances bill targeting deceptive AI in political campaigns. SB9 passes 152-12.
Josh McKoon brags about winning the election in 2024 and electing Donald trump. But he does not go a step forward and support Donald Trump's agenda and statements. For example the GA GOP should have written a statement on the same day that Donald Trump laid out the expectations in securing our elections. The message should have been to support the agenda. Just like there should be a statement on freedom of speech.
Josh has full control. We have to DOGE the GA GOP Inc. Josh will say that it is a scare tactic to do a full audit of the GA GOP Inc. He will go around to tell you that he gave the executive committee the opportunity to do the audit but the vote was after a speech on all the poison of doing the audit.
There is a discrepancy in the number of candidates on the GOP State Board. Lisa Pierce qualified in time and needs to get to the bottom of why she is not on the ballot.
