Can you beat Minecraft as a Jihadi Creeper(With arms)?

We all know and love Creepers, but what if they had arms and decided to wage a holy Jihad against the ender dragon? Well, you will no longer have to wonder, because that is exactly what I set out to do in this video. The creeper will have certain abilities and drawbacks, and they are the following:
1. The creeper will spawn with a 'detonator' item that will allow them to explode at any point by right clicking with the detonator in hand.
2. The creeper will spawn with an enchanted diamond pickaxe and diamond shovel, this represents his excellent caving skills
3. The creeper will be hunted by 3 IDF agents at all times. These IDF agents will spawn with guns, a compass that points towards the creeper at all times(this represents the excellent intelligence reports that are supposedly possessed by them.), and basic necessities that will enable them to simply B-line it towards the Creeper. Each agent will have 10 lives, after 10 deaths they will automatically be put in spectator mode and are eliminated from the game.
4. KeepInventory will be on, and the Creeper will spawn within 30 blocks of where they died. This ensures that progress is continuous, and eliminates some under-handed strategies.
5. The creeper will have 25 lives. after 25 deaths, the IDF is declared the winner and the game is over.
6. The creeper must kill the ender dragon. When the ender dragon dies, the Creeper is declared the winner.
