The journey through the creepy apartments continue eventually James gets to go outside for a bit but it is not so welcoming out there because monsters are in the pool! man can`t even go for a good swim in Silent Hill. Also James meets other actual humans again he comes across Eddie for the first time and he also meets the girl he met earlier in the game again Angela who was thinking of killing herself but he stops her.
