Correctional Officers: To Sue or Not To Sue.

Should inmates be allowed to sue Correctional Officers before exhausting all other options?

Although complicated, the issue at hand before the Supreme Court really comes down to these basic arguments.

What constitutes "all other options" and should that apply here, especially when (according to the plaintiff) the very act of exhausting all other options includes suing the officer(s).
