We’ve made dirty martinis with olives, pickles, and peperoncini, but what about pickled ginger? Today we are making a Pickled Ginger Martini! One sip & it’ll be the only way you’ll want your dirty martini!

1.5 oz Gin
1.5 oz Vodka
1 oz Pickled Ginger
Pickled Ginger
Optional: Sesame Oil

Add gin, vodka, pickled ginger brine and pickled ginger to a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a martini glass and top with sesame oil.
