COCKTAIL BEET SOUR
ou know I love a sour & you can’t Beet this recipe! Today we’re making a Beet Sour! Beets in cocktails >>> Beets in food

0.75 oz Beet Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
1.5 oz Gin
1 Egg White

Add beet simple syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange liqueur, gin & egg white to a cocktail shaker. Dry shake, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a slice of beet.
