Utah has enacted a law requiring online content creators earning over $150,000 annually from featuring children to allocate 15% of earnings into a trust fund accessible when the child turns 18. While all of this comes after Ruby Franke visibly abused her children, all exploitation of kids for social media clout is child abuse. This is a good start.
