Why the seasons effect our moods so much

🥴It’s true! You might feel more anxious in spring or more 😡 in summer.

⚖️Eastern medicine teaches us that the body’s balance follows the balance of the seasons. Certain elements (aspects) of the body tend to go out of balance according to the season we are in.

If you know this information, you create tremendous leverage for yourself when it comes to your health. I call this ancient biohacking—living in harmony with Nature and learning how to leverage the best she is giving us in each season.

🌸Eastern medicine also teaches us that each season has a purpose—which helps us to direct our life path with the type of energy that is most readily and naturally in supply for us. This can be life changing for creatives & entrepreneur types, but also for those dealing with chronic conditions.

Where we are now in spring, we may be feeling ungrounded & anxious more than normal. Counter this with grounding practices.
