Hello Team! This is our first video in our Fat Blast Trio series. It incorporates all 3 major components of Adam Up Gains Fitness: Get Strong, Get Balanced, Get Going arranged to optimize fat burn using "LiMiiT" principles (Low Intensity / Medium Intensity Interval Training)

It includes three, 5 min rounds of:
1 Get Going Exercise (get the heartrate into the fat burn zone)
3 Get Strong Exercise (keep heartrate into fat burn zone while strength training)
1 Get Balanced Exercise (rest and recover with core stabilization)

These exercises are 45 seconds with 15 seconds of rest in between. It allows for a lot of fat burn while keeping and building muscle. (If you can't workout the entire 45 seconds go as long as you can and get a little more rest.)

Each workout ends with two 30 second finishers to empty that tank!
