The conclusion, when all has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person.

This is the meaning and purpose of life itself. We are to fear Elohim and keep His commandments because this applies to every person (Deut 6:2-9, 10:12-13, Psalm 111:10, 112:1-6).
