FinCEN Removes BOI Reporting for U.S. Companies

FinCEN recently published interim final rules on the changes to Beneficial Ownership Information Report (BOI Report) requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act.

Domestic reporting companies are no longer required to submit initial BOI reports, nor are they required to file updated reports if there are any changes in information.
