Gov. Kathy Hochul Defends Abortionist Who Secretly Gave Teen Abortion Pill…Murdering Her WANTED Baby

Posted • March 26, 2025: Democrats Only Support an Abortionist's 'Right to Choose' — Democrats claim they are the 'Party of Women' and the only party that supports a 'woman's right to choose.' Both of these assertions are easily disproved. Democrats can only define 'woman' when it's politically convenient for them, like when Kathy Hochul lied about women's wages on Equal Pay Day (and more on Kathy in a moment). And when it comes to 'choice', they mean one thing and one thing only: the 'right' to kill your unborn child. They don't support a woman's right to choose flexible work, as evidenced by their support of PRO Act, which would leave a lot of women no choice when it comes to their jobs. Nor do they support a woman's right to choose whether or not she uses a firearm for self-defense. They actively work to pass strict gun laws that leave women vulnerable to criminals and abusive domestic partners. They don't support a woman's right to choose where and how she educates her children unless it's the local failing public school.

And they don't support a woman's right to choose whether or not she's forced to compete against a man on the playing field, or change in front of him in the women's locker room, or if she's housed with a man while incarcerated. Democrats will say the choice to have an abortion is between a woman and her doctor. But if they truly believed that, Democrats would be leading the charge to prosecute Texas midwife Maria Margarita Rojas to the fullest extent of the law. Why? Rojas is not only charged with performing unlicensed clinics and performing abortions in defiance of Texas law, she's also accused of giving a pregnant woman the abortion pill, ending the pregnancy. —— Midwife Secretly Gave Woman Abortion Pill Without Her Consent, Killing Her Baby. —— Rojas, 49, is now additionally accused of posing as a licensed gynecologist and administering abortion-inducing drugs without a woman’s informed consent, Click2Houston.com reported March 21.

The woman and her husband visited one of Rojas’ clinics March 3, expecting to review lab results from a prior appointment. According to court records, Rojas informed her she was four weeks pregnant but presented a bleak outlook, claiming her chances of a viable pregnancy were just 9%. 'As a result of her mistaken belief that the gynecologist was in fact a licensed physician in the State of Texas, she relied on the gynecologist’s medical advice and opted for the treatment regimen suggested,' court documents said, according to KHOU 11. Rojas gave her a pill — later identified as misoprostol — without naming the medication or explaining possible side effects beyond minor bleeding, Click2Houston.com reported. When the woman returned to the clinic the following day after only light bleeding, Rojas reportedly gave her more misoprostol and a second pill intended to cause dilation, the outlet added. Only afterward did the woman realize that the pills Rojas gave her had caused a chemical abortion.

In her account to investigators, the woman said she never would have consented to the procedure had she known it was intended to induce an abortion. She had believed Rojas’ warnings and trusted she was under the care of a qualified professional. Do you hear that? Yeah, that's crickets from the Democrats. And we won't hear a single condemnation from any of them because -- at their core -- they are fine with what Rojas did to that poor woman. I take that back. We actually did hear from a Democrat on this, which brings us back to Kathy Hochul. A little over a week ago, Hochul posted her support for this midwife on X, while attacking Republicans: Governor Kathy Hochul @GovKathyHochul: “Republicans are making our worst fears a reality: A midwife in Texas could face life in prison for performing an abortion. This is what women and providers are forced to endure since Trump’s Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Cruel. Inhumane. We won’t stop fighting back.”

What's cruel and inhuman is the fact a woman was deprived of her child because Rojas lied. Rojas pretended to be a gynecologist and decided she could also play God. Rojas killed this woman's baby. And Hochul is on Rojas' side. I suppose this shouldn't surprise me. Supporting the killing of babies without their mother's consent is Hochul's thing. Back at the beginning of February, Hochul also came to the defense of a New York abortion provider who -- in violation of Louisiana state law -- provided abortion pills to the mother of a pregnant teenager. This provider never examined or spoke to the girl in question. That teen wanted her baby. That teen planned a gender reveal party. Her mother, with the help of that New York abortionist, denied that girl her right to choose motherhood. The girl was coerced into taking the pills and miscarried. She ended up hospitalized because of it.

Hochul vowed to fight Louisiana on extradition, saying New York would remain a 'safe harbor' for negligent medical providers who harm pregnant teenage girls. The Democrat Party, on the other hand, is no longer a safe harbor for women. If it was, they would demand Rojas face punishment for denying a woman her right to choose.
