20250326 Day 1081 Part-2

Post-Conditioning Pressing & Accessories

My primary pressing movement as usual was incline dumbbells. For strength/skill work I did 5x triples as working sets after some banded extensions and a few lighter ramp-ups as a preparatory activity for the connective tissues

Next, I did 5x sets of lighter, higher volume dumbbell pullovers sub-maximally in the 10+ rep range

For my third movement, I did Lifefitness Machine Lateral Raises for direct shoulder work. All 5 sets of these were in the 10+ rep range as well
