Our contribution to an enjoyable, fun evening with our church family. We also changed out some garden containers and planted peas! Self-Wicking Garden Container https://youtu.be/m24WtC880uw Another video where Martha made a huge batch https://youtu.be/by7xVU1Qb9U

Note: We made only 1/4 batch in today's video.
MONSTER COOKIES
(makes 12 dozen cookies and 24 mini muffin cups)

12 eggs at room temperature
4 cups brown sugar (packed)
2 cups granulated sugar
1 lb. (4 sticks) margarine or butter
1 TBLS vanilla extract
1 TBLS light Karo
8 tsp baking soda
3 lbs. peanut butter
2 lbs. M&M candy
18 cups oatmeal

Cream together the margarine, sugars and eggs. Adding eggs one at a time.
Mix on a medium speed for about 4-5 minutes

Add the vanilla, Karo and baking soda.
Mix well.

Add the peanut butter and mix well.
By this point most bowls for an electric mixer may not be able handle this amount of batter. If you need to fold in the peanut butter by hand you could do that as well.

Mix the peanut butter cookie batter into the oatmeal by hand until it is well incorporated.

Add the M&M's and mix well.
(Note: Before adding any M&M's remove the cookie dough you may want to use for Monster Cups or for Monster Cookies minus the chocolate.)

Bake on 325 for 12 - 14 minutes

THE GOLDEN THOUGHT OF INSPIRATION
Peace is not the absence of conflict but the ability through Christ to handle the conflict.
