F-4 Phantom Update and Fun With Power Supplies!

Today we talk with Crew Chief Al about where we are with the Phantom, and work through some more equipment issues. We got the brakes working again on the no brake tug, patched the antenna cable for COM 3 in the jet, and put the DC over voltage relay through more testing. Pretty safe to say we found the problem with the NC8.
