Thomas Massie’s ‘NICS DATA REPORTING ACT’ Passes

Judiciary GOP Committee passed Thomas Massie’s bill requiring FBI to provide demographic data of persons ruled ineligible to purchase a firearm by NICS (the Background Check System).

This data will show that thousands of false denials per year disproportionately affect racial minorities.
