The U.S. has announced separate agreements with Russia and Ukraine to cease fighting in the Black Sea and pause attacks against energy targets, with Russia saying the United States has agreed to help it lift a series of Western sanctions. So what exactly does Russia say it could gain, and what still needs to happen for a deal to enter force? Fiona Jones reports.
