Russia's peacekeepers in Ukraine

Vladimir Putin spurned Donald Trump’s bid for a 30-day ceasefire in Ukraine, instead agreeing to limit attacks on the country's energy infrastructure while demanding a halt to the flow of weapons and intelligence to Kyiv. Volodymyr Zelenskiy said the call showed Russia isn’t ready for peace.
