Judges don’t get to rule like kings. If they’re playing politics from the bench, they can be checked, defunded, or yes, impeached.
Congress does have constitutional authority over the structure and funding of the federal judiciary. That’s not a “threat,” that’s Article I, Section 8. And if unelected judges think they can override the will of the people, override immigration law, and block the executive from enforcing national security? Then yeah, Congress absolutely can respond. That’s called checks and balances.
