SUBMITTED TO, MOLDED AND SHAPED BY GOD

1 Peter 5:6 New King James Version
6 Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time,

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!
“Have thine own way Lord, Have thine own way Lord. Thou art the Potter, I am the clay. Mold me and shape me, after thy will. While I am waiting comma yielded and still.” These are the words from a beautiful hymn entitled, “Have Thine Own Way” that came to my mind today as I was reading this morning's passage of scripture. I thought about these words, and how often I've had to come before the Lord and say, “OK Lord I give up!”, or “Heavenly Father, I'm facing something very new and scary to me. I know that you're using this in my life for your honor and glory, but it really hurts. However, I'm asking You to help me trust You in this. To know that you're taking care of me, know what You're doing, and won’t let me fall. So, I'm choosing to submit my life to you, so that you can make me into the beautiful vessel that you want me to be.” I think that's why the questions from this morning’s devotional, are so incredibly thought provoking. So challenging, and burning in my heart right now, and I had to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them too.

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me, from this passage of scripture, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you encourages you to want to submit yourself to God, and allow Him as the Potter, to work with you as the clay, to mold you and shape you, into who HE wants you to be. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to ask this particular question out of this morning's devotional, and I pray that you really listen to it. Are you willing to humble yourself under the hand of almighty God, and allow Him to shape your life into what He wants you to be? Are you willing to be the clay that “listens” to God, being willing to yield yourself to the touch of the master artisan in Christ Jesus, so that you could be the beautiful vessel He means for you to be? My prayer for all of you tonight is that you are willing to be this. Allow that refining fire allow that deep digging in of God's fingers into you as the clay, to mold, shape, and design you into the beautiful vessel you're intended to be for Him and watch what happens!
