Awaken Bible Prophecy Update 3-26-25 – The Spiritual Divorce of Apostasy

God likens His relationship with Israel as one of husband and wife. Yahweh is the faithful husband, while sadly, Israel is His unfaithful wife. Marriage is important to God, and He uses that covenant agreement to illustrate both His everlasting love and the tragic unfaithfulness that comes through the sin of adultery. How this manifested in Old Testament times with Israel is relevant to today, and I maintain it has tragic implications for believers who act in the same manner that Israel did of old.
