Including that Tommy's human rights have been 'interfered' with!
Tommy in my opinion has been the "On Going" Landmark case against Free speech in the UK. The government has imprisoned him for trying to exercise his rights of free speech which of course the UK has none! A Marxist tyranny government at best!
