Wings of the North Air Museum in Eden Prairie, MN. This was a great museum, a lot of stuff to see but what made it the best was our tour guide. He had so much knowledge and even his own history he added to the pieces there. Mostly Minnesota based aviation history. Really cool and friendly staff as well. Kid friendly here, too. If you can go I definitely recommend doing so, and if you can't you can still donate to them.
